66 Runs?!

I just saw this on Yahoo! sports and I am sitting here flabbergasted. How on Earth does a team give up 66 runs in two innings? And how long did those two innings last? A team would have to bat around, what, 3 1/2 times to get 26 runs in one innings, and almost five times to score 40 runs in the second inning. And here's the kicker. The coach let his starter throw 250 pitches. 250!!!! Here's the link if anyone else wants to check this out.
